Welcome to an auto assembly plant in 1981, where the good-natured Captain Ed and his security team keep things running smoothly—until ambitious MBA grad Steve Blakely arrives. Steve aims to cut costs by replacing Ed and his crew with an outside service, giving them six months to prove their worth or lose their jobs. As the clock ticks down, hilarity ensues as Ed and his dedicated team work to outshine the slick newcomer. From crazy visitors and employee antics to the wildest Christmas party, the stakes rise, but so does the laughter.
